BVE.SVG2Bindings

Binds values to elements of the loaded document.

Unit: BVE.SVG2Bindings

Note

A binding names the elements it drives with a selector - by id, tag, class or attribute - and writes a value to each of them, either as an attribute or as their text content. It replaces walking the document by hand, which every project driving a drawing from data used to do for itself. Every SVG control publishes a SVGBindings collection, so bindings can be set up in the designer as well as from code. They survive loading another document: the control invalidates them after parsing and writes the values again. This unit is framework neutral. It works on ISVGRoot and knows nothing of VCL or FMX; a control owns a TSVGBindingCollection and hands it two callbacks, OnGetRoot and OnChanged.
